Useful the first time you open it, with nobody else involved.
You download it, add your address, and start putting things in. Nothing here waits on a company, an invitation or a code.
One card per thing you own
Water heater, furnace, pool pump, softener, mower. Each one is a record with a plain-English status rather than a folder you have to remember to open.
No typing model numbers
Point the camera at the rating plate on the side of the unit. Make, model and serial come back filled in — the part everybody gives up on halfway through.
What it is still covered for
Install date, term, and whether you are still inside it. Most of this currently lives on a receipt in a drawer, which is where it is when you need it.
What you did, and when
Filter changed, softener refilled, unit flushed — logged in seconds against the thing it happened to. It is your record, and it stays yours.
Ask about your own house
"What size filter does the upstairs unit take?" The answer comes from what you logged, not from the internet guessing at a model it has never seen.
Their visits land in the same app.
Readings, photos, what was applied and when they are back — filed against the same home record you have been keeping. You do not enter any of it.
Including re-entry timers. When a lawn or perimeter treatment goes down the label carries an interval nobody remembers an hour later. The clock starts the moment the technician logs the application, and the app tells you the minute it clears.
Kids, dogs, bare feet. If no company you use is on Atom yet, none of this section applies and the rest of the app still works.
Take it and go
Free, no subscription, no ads, and nobody has to sign off on you having it. Add your home, log what is in it, and that is a working record of your house.

Unlimited homeowner seats at any volume, branded to your business, at $0. For the households you serve it arrives populated — built from the visits your techs log, not an empty app you have to talk people into.

Atom is in staging, pre-launch. Leave your email and we'll tell you when Atom Home is out.
What Atom Home can and can't do yet.
Atom is pre-launch, and the app is better when a company you already use is on it. Neither of those is a reason to be vague, so here it is in plain words.
